Приглашаем Вас принять участие в семинаре, посвященном личностному развитию в специальности "Change and Leadership", который проведет профессор G.M.Radu (Канада) в Санкт-Петербурге 8 сентября 2017 года с 9:30 по 13.00.
Семинар проводится на английском языке с последовательным переводом.

Greg M Radu, MD, MBA, FRCPC
Greg Radu is an associate professor of psychiatry and director of psychotherapy training at Memorial University, the largest university in Atlantic Canada. He is an associate editor of the Canadian Medical Education Journal and member of board of directors of the Canadian Mental Health Association. Greg is also an honorary associate professor at Swansea University Medical School in the United Kingdom, where he teaches in the area of medical education leadership, and Co-Chair of the European Psychiatric Association Section of Psychotherapy.
Change and Leadership
Physicians are practising in an increasingly complex health care system which requires adaptation to a constantly shifting environment. The need for physicians to lead in rapidly changing and complex health care systems is expected to increase in the coming years. Effective physician leaders adapt their approach to match the uncertainty of the situations they face and conquer the dynamics of complex organizations.
Leadership training is a common topic in the business education, the for-profit sector and industry. But leadership and management training has been absent in the training of physicians. This workshop will help you develop an understanding of what it means to be a leader in the current health care environment and will tackle relevant and practical questions of how to lead change to help you become a more effective leader in a complex environment.
The topics reviewed in this workshop include:

3. Developing leadership through fostering resilience and emotional intelligence
